Help! Troubleshooting my 97 altima

Car: 1997 nissan altima

Alright here we go.
So I have a nissan 5spd 97' altima new battery, new alternator, finally starts up fine.
Gauges are dead
blinkers dont work
wipers dont work
horn doesnt work
brakes dont work
bascially everything electrical doesnt work except for my headlights.
headlights work

fuses have all been checked by the dash and under the hood.
whats going on?

Should be a fusible link somewhere at battery (part of harness). Guessing it's shot. Start at the positive terminal and follow it.
