HELP!!!! TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS

I THINK I NEED TO PUT A transmission IN MY CAR. I CAN DRIVE ALL DAY LONG BUT WHEN TRYING TO REVERSE THE CAR WONT MOVE. 1994 Q45 IF ANYONE HAS A GOOD USED transmission FOR SALE PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I GOTTA GO OUT OF OUT NEXT MONTH AND I NEED MY CAR.

You most defiantely need a new transmission or at least need to have it rebuilt. I had the EXACT same problem. If your gonna go new transmission tho go for a older model transmission. im sure the other will agree on that and most likely will have more to add.

Indeed.. Slim (450zxtt) has some used 9093 Q trannies for sale... Get on that bandwagon!

SO A 90-93 WLL FIT IN A 94 NO PROBLEM OR DO U NEED TO MAKE SOME MODIFICATIONS. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 94-96 AND 90-93 transmission ARE THEY STRONGER OR SOMETHING MORE TORGUE WHAT?

the 90-93 transmission have a better 1st gear by 7.5% for acceleration. there is really no other mods that you need except for a 93 TCU. Your 94-95 TCU will work good....but the 93 TCU is better. Do a search...countless posts about this topic.

btw....you make #5 that we know about from NICO with transmission's failing in reverse but work perfect in drive. This happened to my 95 Q45, Fastlanes, somebody else who I can't remember, and now pimpnq45 & 5seryan.
