Hey guys. I need to know how you can tell if your tps is bad? My acts the same whether plugged or unplugged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

A bad TPS displays poor throttle responses, sluggish take-offs backed-up by a burst of acceleration. The best thing to do is measure the resistance of your TPS using the method provided in the FSM. IMHO, I seriously doubt it's your TPS. The stock engine management system is notorious for going going into limp mode and staying there which causes your car to run like @ss no matter what you do.

Well my acts as you have stated but it does with the tps plugged in and unplugged....where can I source another tps will the pulsars have them or can I jack one from a single cam ca?

Also was driving it yesterday and felt fine but now it only shows the symtoms that boost boy talked about when the motor is below operating temp. Any thoughts?

you can check you tps via avometer on resistance position. measure it . i'dont know the exact values . but in voltage %100 throttle you have to see a value between 4.70 - 5 V
