Help! Throwing some codes and need to pass emissions!

Hey guys,I haven't been on here for awhile, my other username was tpeezy but I forgot what pw and e-mail I used on it, lol.Anyways, my registration sticker expired and they won't sell me another one until I pass emissions. I'm throwing a CEL for 2 codes: P0141 and P1448. I know P0141 is "Rear H02S Heather, Bank 1" and P1448 is "Vent Control Valve". I could be mistaken, but I believe this is what the codes stand for. My question is how do I go about fixing this?I tried deleting the codes before I went to emissions but they came back before the inspector plugged in his machine and I failed, twice.

It's a 1998 Infiniti I30.
