Help: Those with experience taking off headlights

so i'm trying to take off my headlights. i managed to get the bumper off fine, and got the required screws/star shaped screws from here http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=335705 etc..

the top doesn't seem to give, it's like stuck and i can't figure out if its a screw or it snaps off. anyone got any tips?

if ur sure u got all the screws off, then maybe you're just not applying enough pressure when you're pulling em off. they are seated pretty firmly, especially if this is the first time ur taking em off
