Looks like the windshield wiper amp plug. Or wiper motor.

Do you have a Series2 RB25? If so, that plug isn't going to be the reason it isn't starting.

Have you verified that you are getting both fuel and spark?

That is one of the engine harness plugs that has to get wired into the chassis.

Gray - Injector powerSky Blue - powersteeringyellow - A/c ficdBlue/Red - Wiper motor powerGreen/orange - Neutral position switchGreen/red - a/c relayRed/Blue - ABSRed - ABS

Technically you only need to hook up the gray wire for injector power to have the car running. But this only applies to series 1 motors. series 2 motor don't have a separate gray wire in that plug.
