I'm not sure what the hell it is but if you guys had this problem let me know what it is. The sound is like the heatshield is vibrating or something is scraping when I step on the clutch. Any info will be appreciated, I just didn't want to spend 50bucks at the local shop for them to listen to it.

I had a little scratch noise in my clutch also....

After talking with a mechanic and a guy that knows his stuff about 240's ..it was determined it was my throw-out-bearing

Its only like 30 bucks to fix ..but i replaced the whole clutch..

:nono Usually if it was the throw out bearing it would make noise when your sitting still, car is in neutral and you let out the clutch. Should be a muffled tsktsktsktsktsk. Its really nothing to worry about though. But to me it sounds like you have something else you need to look at. Just say screw it and get a better clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing!
