Lash adjusters? Are you talking about the hydraulic lifters??? If you are... Then what you do is you take a slender holder or cup or tuperware and fill it with oil. Then you put the lifter in the oil so thats it completly submergered in oil. Then you take like a small allen key and put it in the center hole and push up and down until all the bubbles come out of the lifter and it feels like you can't push it down anymore. So you kinda want to jerkoff the lifer while it submerged in the oil. Then you have to be real carefull not to turn the lifter on it;s side you want to keep it staight up down and place it back in the motor. Hope this helps Yeah it sounds like your talking about the lifters. I did the same thing but i forgot to bleed them before i put them back in the head now i have to bleed them this weekend. It doesn't damage anything but you get this real loud TAP TAP TAP tapping noise if you don't bleed them. Or you could just get solid lifters. Here is another link where a guys goes through the whole process for you. http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=238409 He shows you how to bleed the lifters at the end.
