help.. tail lights on my '04 sedan

ok, so i want to get the '05 tail lights.. but i think ive seen online people with '06s on their '04s? everythingg35.com sells '05... is '05 the newest ones i could get?and my second question is how do you smoke the tail lights? or do you have to buy them smoked, and if so, where can i find smoked ones?thanks!@
