Ok heres the deal

If i get a 240sx under my own name and i only got G2 and im 16 years and 8months old then its like 800 a month

but if i get one under my moms it would be like 200 a month

but if i modify it and its under my moms can i get in trouble since a 45 year old woman is drivin a import modifed car and if i get pulled you know wut i mean

so wut should i do

Just insure it under your mom's name. Modifying shouldn't matter if you get pulled over. As long as the car is insured, and your name is part of the insurance under your moms, you'll be fine.
