this is my first oil change on this car, i tried contacting the previous owner but couldnt find him anywhere so i put in regular oil because the mechanic at the local station told me not to use synthetic after 60k miles...i thought synthetic was better but hes like no so he put in regular oil, two weeks later i found out from the last owner that he used synthetic. i only drove about 20 miles, since the oil change, how bad is this for my engine and shud i flush out the engine oil and put in syn????

you'll be fine. the dino oil shouldn't do any damage to your engine. But that mechanic certainly will if you keep using him.

you will not kill or harm the engine by any means. i use normal oil because i am poor and 16. you also do not need to flush it when you are done. just make sure to change oil and filter every 3k when using normal oil and every 6-9k or sooner with synthetic.
