A couple of things, first, please make the title more descriptive. It will help others down the line to solve their issues. Second, what type of smoke? Is it black, blue, white? Does it happen when cold, hot, all the time, from a start only? How's the car running?

The more information you provide, the better the forum can help.

did it do it before you changed the injectors? if yes than what was it doing and why did you changed what you changed, if not than the problem is in your work

are you sure you sealed everything right ? no leaks? (not fuel, air) if you got a vacuum leak after maf ecm will read the o2 sensor reading (see how much air in a gas) and if not right ecm will richer it out by adding more gas?-> smoke-> gas smell->

Check everything you did first. Look for gas leaks at the injectors, ohm them, then make sure the routing on the hoses to the injector rail are correct. Remember, the fuel regulator is after the fuel rail on the return line, the damper is off the fuel filter. Look for leaks at every connection on the fuel.

If you smell gas around the injectors, but can't locate it. Try using a small hose and sniff through that. It will allow you to narrow down the area.

Last, have you pulled codes?

I made sure there was no gas leaks on the plenum, and well before it wouldn't run good. Maybe it doez have a vaccum leak. Also I'm taking it today to the shop to get some codes pulled if any

Title fixed. In the future, to everyone: "OMG H3lp me now please!!!" isn't a good title. If I'm in a s*** mood I might even just delete your post all together.

White smoke is bad, real bad. That's coolant burning. If you waft the smoke to your face and it smells/tastes sweet, you're in big trouble. If it's just steam, you're fine.

Try what Marty mentioned with the hose up your nose to help localize the smell. I'd start where you were doing fuel work.

The smell is coming from the end of the exhaust, not from the plenum or injectors...
