HELP - interior electronic freakout

So today I didn't drive my car...went out to get something out of it.....locked it with my viper alarm remote....remote said door was open...it wasn't. When I turn the key to the run position with the doors shut I can't turn on the radio but the speakers make a ticking noise and the seatbelt won't open when I open the door. The car will start...but I have no clue what is causing the radio/seatbelts to freak out. I need help...PLEASE! I'm supposed to drive to Atlanta for Import Alliance tomorrow and my car is freaking out.

Check your fuses, your wiring, and maybe your battery...start there

I disconnected the battery for like 20 min with no result. It just started raining so I'll be getting on the fuses as soon as I can.

Well...I'm officially an idiot....kinda. I spent a bit looking over my FSM and I found that a certain fuse was on the control wire for everything that was wrong (10A 3rd down on the right). I pulled it and...tada...blown. Replaced it and all is back to normal....alarm function and all. Thanks for the reply and yea I should have been more descriptive in the title. I was freaking out and getting depressed. (Mod can lock this thread)
