Oh goodness, here come the flames....

Basically, whatever you wanna do it is what you should do. If you want it to be fast and handle well, upgrade the engine and suspension. If you want it to look good, buy wheels for it. It's all up to you.

muahah ..thnx hmm... i was thinking doing sr20det then injen intake, and hks catback, plus wheels ( undecided, but mite Racing Harts, Volk, SSR, or WORK) go apexi coil over because i heard tien (mite rust???) T28 turbo...etc.. and mayb strawberry face conversion or lazy eyes.. bUT here is the Question...

its unheard of it..and i dont know if its done b4 or not...Can a RX 7 light conversion works on a 240sx fast bakc??b/c its very similiar to the lazy eyes conversion.. hmm.>?

hmm odd... i heard tien rust.. but apexi is more durable.?? initially i was thinking about the tien's but .. now im all confused..by the way.. its not about the pop..i was talking about the light conversion.. this is a rx7 headlight conversion.. i saw it done on to a rx7 plus mr2..and etc.. i was wondering if it will work on the 240sx.. hehe.. http://www.importfan.com/produ...=3223

I think it would look bad, just do a sleepy eyes conversion on your stock lights.

anyways why spend like $3000 in body work just to have some corny lights?

yes but ideas require money to be put into action ;)

What ever you decide on, just dont do everything at once. Thats what i did and its killing me right now, i got like 5 different projects going on all at the same time and none of them are getting finished because of it.

If you have enough cash for it, you can have ANYthing done to your car. Put aircraft landing lights on it if thats what floats your boat.

I was sparkin up the flame thrower, but then i saw people being semi-nice :( ... oh well, i wont be a troll.
  1. How much money do you have to spend? Thats alot of money ur talking about there.
  2. What are u concerned with most? Looks or power? I say screw the strawberry face and the body kits and spend it on some hp, brakes, and suspension.
  3. You dont have to automatically assume the SR is your only option. The Ka-T is very popular and there are threads on NICO and various webpages devoted to it (http://www.ka-t.org and http://www.ka24development.com are good resources off the top of my head) Also the RB series and CA series engines have great following and there are threads devoted to those engines.
  4. Focus on suspensions and brakes first. A good set of coilovers arent a necessity, you can get springs/struts, but if you want coilovers, teins, tanabes, etc are all nice. A good strut bar, anti-sway bar set is always a nice way to stiffen the chasis. 2 brake upgrades are the popular consensus around here- Infiniti Q45 and Nissan Z32 upgrades are nice (go to http://www.ka24development.com for more info)[/list=1] Just remember that form follows functions
