Ok, heres my problem. i have swaped an sr20det redtop into my s13. everything is in place and almost done. but i have a problem. i have spark and the fuel pump seems to turn on. the problem seems to be that my injectors are not spraying when i crank the car. i double, tripple checked my wiring and it seems to be right. (i used heavy throttle's diagram) if i remove the cas and turned it manually, the injectors spray. car turns on when i pour some gas in the TB, then shuts off when its done using it up. any ideas or hints would be greatly appreciated.

this project is starting to frustrate me.

welcome to NICO, sorry to hear about your troubles but i'm sure you'd have better luck in the 240 forums.

Check your ECU for trouble codes. It sounds like the CAS is your problem to me.

Sounds more like an ECU problem than a CAS problem. He can manually turn the CAS and get fuel spray, so there might be either some wiring issues between the CAS and the ECU, or the ECU might have some issues itself as well. Get your multimeter out and start checking continuity.

ima try to use another ecu from a friend. if that doesnt seem to work then ima get a person to recheck my wiring for 40 bucks. (he used to work at scenes motorsports that worked on rb and sr swaps.) if that all fails then ima have to buy a new cas.

k. before i had my wiring checked, i decided to check the wiring one last time. with my laptop on hand, i checked the wiring one by one. i certainly found one of them not connected. (the red wire). i guess i must have missed it, the fourth time is the charm. connected it, turned the key, and whoalla. i soldered it and heat shrinked it. now i have to get the electrical fans wired.

im so relieved

Actually I had this exact same problem. All of my injectors were bad :) I had to get a new set of them. (New used ones I got off of here from a fellow niconaut)
