My brake light doesn't work on my passenger side. It's got new bulbs and new mounts on both sides.

The Brake light on the driver side works, and the blinkers on both sides work. When i take the wire from the driver side and touch it to the passenger side the brake lights come on so i know it's not the bulb or mount grounding. I realize the blinker and the brake light work on the same wire so i'm a bit stumped here. Can anyone help?

I will be replacing the relay next. I definately hope thats the problem. I really don't want to dig through that wiring mess.
