idk if this has been talked about or not, but my car is dead at the moment ( 92 240 ka-de). be fore it died the motor would act sluggish when i got on the gas and when it died blueish smoke came out of the engine bay. had to get it towed home.

i thought it might of been something to do with the starting system ( wires ,plugs all that stuff) we changed all of that but didnt change the distributor.

it turns over, gets compression, has gas, is it the timing? the timing chain looks fine. everything looks good. it just wont start when everythings back together. help?

Check the dist timing and compression. Could just be worn rings and burning oil.

When you checked compression did you look at the plugs? If you get blue smoke it's burning oil. Too much burnt oil can foul the plugs.
