need help finding a drift school in texas or close to texas

Uh...find an event near you in Texas and sign up. You aren't going to find a school. Just find a practice event and ask someone to ride along with you.

Protip - Don't fight the wheel. Let go and let it do the countersteering for you. Grab it when you want to hold the drift. Easy as pie.
