HELP!!!

I have a 94 nissan pathfinder with a 3.0 v6. my son parked it the other day. As he went to crank it again, the truck wouldn't crank. the headlights come on, but nothingelse works. we have replaced the starter and the nuetral safety switch, but to no avail, it still won't crank. I can hear the fuel pump cycle, and a relay under the hood click. is there an inhibitor switch that will keep the truck from starting. any help is appreciated.
