help!!!!
i have a 1995 nissan 240sx with a stock ka24de. a few days ago it started smelling really rich and smoking. when i stop it idels rough and shuts off. ill turn it back on and it starts. i have changed both o2 sensors cap and rotor and spark plugs

Sounds like a leaking / stuck open fuel injector, when you changed the plugs was there any that were more fouled than the others?

no they were all black the same

My car did the same to me once. It turned out to be the MAF. Try cleaning it and see if that helps, or swap MAFs with someone if possible. Also check over the electrical connections to the MAF.

Injectors rarely leak, however orings and fuel hoses may.Remove MAF connector and look for green/silver corrosion.
Old MAF may become intermitent from internal solder connections crystalizing and failing from vibrations and just age. Repair if you are qualified and experienced.
