I have 18x8.5 a front an 18x9.5 a the rear with +40 offset.Woulb this fit in my car without no problem.

First off, welcome to NICO!! I hope you find answers to all your questions. Use the link above to find the offset calculator, and some other useful info about wheels/tires.

Usually, you won't get any real answers except "you won't know until you test fit"

The reason being, any application that is <close>, or <questionable> as to whether or not it'll fit, nobody wants to make a guess. Be advised that with such widths, you may have fitment issues with suspension, or body..depending on ride height.
