help!!!!

ok guyz in past two weeks i've resealed my head new head gasket new itake exhaust gasket and so on also took timing cover off adjusted my mech timing now car has some serious problems 1 my idle in nutural loops from 500 to 900 rpm sometime about to stall and jumps back up when i pulll u turm always stalls its like it runs normal for 2 seconds than idle drops engine shakes and comes back up.its also shaky when i cruse at the same speed but rpms are steady(really bogs while acceleration ).timing is all the way on advenced othervise it stalls.So far cleaned intake system replaced air filter fuel filter still no difference played with ecu just gives me 55 code.Running out of ides Aiv Egr what can cause that did this happen to any of you ???

2 problem is when i turn my engine on my windshield viper comes on than my clock starts flashing 5 times (always reset to 1 :00)same amout as my seatbelt lamp than clock goes away at the same time and there is no beeping noise and cd deck has no power coming to it.i hear a clicking noise from white box on top of mine fuse box on driver side in kicker pannel when clock flashes also

First of all, please use punctuation!

2nd of all, what?? what did you adjust when you took the timing cover off??? there's nothing to adjust.

Also, that white box is the time control unit. I would think that a clicking noise would be a circuit breaker though. A circuit breaker coming on though, would mean that something is drawing too much amperage.

I dunno, try to re-word your post a little and use punc., because it's hard to help you.
