Hi, guys. I just bought a welded diff of a s13 and so yeah I was wondering if it should just bolt on to my 1997 240sx? if not what modds that I need to do to fit my car?

I would not recommend installing a welded differential for street use; there's no differential action when making turns so it'll screw up the handling.

anyone knows? if it will just bolt on or it will needs mods?

the other mod you will need are alot of tires.
