I have a 1991 nissan 240sx. It has a sr20det with several performance mods. It has the t25 stock turbo at 14psi daily. I also live in alabama. With that info.... My question is: What is the best brand of oil to use in my situation??? Almost everytime I take the car out I drive the hell out of it at least a couple of times. Please give the best brand and best weight of oil to use.

Also what oil filter would be the best in my situation? Brand and part numbers please.

1 more thing..... how many quarts do I need?Thanks in advance!

royal purple or amsoil are what i consider the top 2 best oil for an engine.expensive too.get whatever weight you need/want.

Thats where Im confused....It seems like there is some people using mobil 1 and others using royal purple????? Also what weight would you use in my situation? Oil filter?

its all just personal preference and price range. amsoil is expensive compared to regular off the shelf oils.not sure what weight i would use if i were you. do some research on oil weights vs temperature and find out what you need for yourself.oil filters...oem nissan, mobil 1, pureolator etc. dont only search nico, search google too, much more information available.
