I'm bidding on a rear control arm for my 87 non-turbo, but the part im bidding on is from an 86 turbo... will this fit? I only have 4 hours to decide...

It will fit, but your car will be all screwed up. The offset changed for the 87 models. The brakes changed for the 87 models.

Basically, don't do it.
