I put coolant in the radiator this evening and it started running out the side of the block. Inbetween the turbo and a/c compressor something is missing on the block. Can or will someone please tell me what goes in to the cooling jacket there. I will see if i can get a pic but not sure camera will fit.

Thx Philip

From underneath the car it looks like it is directly below the turbo return. You have to look real close to see the bolt i put in it behind the dipstick tube on the right center of pic.

Well there are only three coolant holes on that side of the engine that I can think of: The turbo water feed and return lines and the air bleeder at the upper portion of the block. That hole you are pointing to is either there to bolt the AC or PS into.

Id suspect the air bleeder valve and the coolant line. Do you have copper gaskets on the coolant line?

might be the coolant return line from the turbo. Are both coolant lines from the turbo going in to the block..check it first...if not get a bolt and plug it uplooks like m14 bolt...might be the same the tread pattern of the stud that is on your head to bolt up the manifold.

try it outgood luck to you
