7? What does that mean?

Do it yourself. It's not hard. Just time consuming.

i guess 7 out of 10.

Anyways, it's an easy to replace gasket, it's just time consuming, as Mike said. You'll have to remove the turbo and exhaust manifold together as a unit. There are 4 nuts and studs holding the turbo to the exhaust mani, each nut being held in place by a lock tab. More than likely, you've blown the gasket out and you can get a new one for a Z32 300zx.

One extra note is when you're unbolting the manifold, start with the nuts on the far left and right and then work your way in. It'll avoid any distorting of the head. Reinstall working from the middle two outwards.

And a last thing, please search. This topic was discussed a few days ago, and has been discussed a million times in the past. And make your titles a bit more informative.
