The bulb is accessed by very carefully popping out the plastic reflector beside each of the lamps. It is in the owner's manual, I believe.
To replace the whole unit, I prefer to go in from underneath.

The foglight is held in behind that little (stupid) reflector thing, 2 screws, and you call pull it out..... Then just replace like a regular headlight bulb
