HELP?????

Ok I did the Redtop swap into a nissan truck and it starts but idles like crap. The motor runs but only for about 15 seconds then dies. During these fifteen seconds the exhaust is black and alot of it but my A/F gauge stays in the lean. It seems the timing was way off so I set it to tdc (2nd mark on the left) then removed the valve cover and set the CAS correctly in. Unplugged the TPS and started it back up and it still idles like junk and blows alot of black smoke. I plugged the TPS in and unplugged the MAFS and nothing it still idles like junk. I pulled the spark plugs (HKS iridium) and they are black and smell like gas. I have no idea what to do anybody please help?

Do you have the right vacuum line going to the FPR?Or any vacuum or boost leaks?

The vacuum lines are all ok, all to the right places. What else should I check?

Are all your coilpacks working?Check the voltage on the MAF and TPS.And check all the injectors to make sure there all working.

I ran a spark plug light on each coil pack and they are all working. How do I check the MAFS and TPS voltage? Which wire do I check? Another thing I noticed is that 9240sx was from New Mexico too, well I would be willing to pay you if you could help me get this truck back on the road.
