Normally the sound will come on when the car has been driving for more than 15 mins.. and since last week, has been heard for 2 times..

Hello Harry, I get the exact same noise at 70mph or above. However, I have determined that this usually happens only on days that are windy. I listened to the sound you recorded and it is exactly the same. When I first heard it I thought it could be a front wheel bearing. :) Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply RONS, I just came back from tour.. and indeed the sound can only be heard when there's cross wind.. So have u found a way to counter the sound?

My noise also occurred during cross winds, it made a woooooo sounds, I was sure it was coming from the roof just as you are thining Harry. But as I outlined in my other post, the noise was coming from the drivers door which I corrected with weatherstrip/foam tape. I also gave the passenger door the same treatment and the car has been perfectly quiet for almost 3 years now since I fixed the problem. I'd bet money my fix will work for you too.
