HELP!!! Stillen Fascia Sag

So i used the search bar but can't seem to find the how to fix sag for the stillen fascia... every1 says use the bumper support but im slow apparently & can't figure out where to put it. can ne1 help me not really sure wat i need to do & its driving me nutzzzzzzz
