This is my set up

This is my third Sr install. Only difference is I did this one by my self and it was a 5 speed conversion. I turn the key to start it and all i get is noice from both fuse boxes under hood and fuel lines from pump. I checked my alternator and starter before installing engine at local parts store. I checked the starter and it had a missing wire that goes on the male prong, but thats it! I cannot find the female piece for it. Does anyone know where it should be coming from. Maybe it got pulled off. Please help me find where this female connection wire originates from. That way i can atleast get this part of bringing her toi life over with and then hopefully be the last problem.

First a dummy check. On the starter solenoid you have the main batery cable coming in to a fat post and on a skinny post you have the wire used to activate the solenoid and send power to the starter correct?

Assuming the starter is wired correctly you may be having a problem with the neutral safety switch. This is the switch that prevents an automatic car from starting in gear. Refer to your FSM to jump it out. Im too tired to remember everything and if its your 3rd swap you have to have an FSM.

Thats the problem im facing right now the starter is not wired correctly. The larger covered plug is okay on the starter, but the Black and yellow wire that i remember going on the small male prong is missing. Ive looked all around the engine bay and around the fuse box and it is not there. What i would like to know is whre around the engine bay does that wire originate. By my understanding it should be around the fuse box on a small gray plug with two wires. One is white the other black/yellow and they are supposed to be the signal wire to the starter. I cannot find this plug anywhere. As far as the neutral switch that was easy to jumper it was right under the fuse box i soldered the two thick wires and plugged it back in with no problem
