HELP!! Sr20det won't start

So i was driving my s13 and it started to bog down badly like it ran out gas... It finally died and i had to push it to the side of the road and popped my hood when i noticed that my maf sensor wires were getting melted by my manifold... I reconnected them all and now i noticed that my fuel pump isnt priming at all... I checked the underhood fuse and it was fine... I suspect it to be the relay but anyone have any ideas as to what it may be???? Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated thanks...-dara

ok update... my maf sensor wires were alittle too friendly with my manifold... <my dumb fault> well it fried my ecu board... well the part that functions the fuel pump... well i soldered a thin wire connecting the burnt spot on the ecu... and now it runs again...:-D thanks bro for responding quick *** ****

ahahahaha yea i know... good thing i decided to buy huh... there goes my credit card bill through the roof baby...lol oh btw i have decided to start shopping for an evo...prolly an evo 8 tho...but if i find a nice evo9 then i might do that one... and when i say nice i mean nicely priced...LOL
