HELP! SR20DET and DE internals interchange?

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi,i currently own a rwd s13 black top sr20det.im pretty new to the SR20DET and DE scene. Im a former honda guy, so i dont know much....im on here to ask for nico members help. Well, I have a Sr20det with bad piston rings. The engine is putting out low compression....around 70-90 on all four. Im planning to put in new piston rings and new rod bearings. Im also going to hot tank, and light hone the cylinders.

My questions are:

What replacement/internal parts can i use from the usdm Sr20de to ease the pain of ordering parts from japan.

Some people have told me that i can use the the piston rings and bearing from the sr20de. is this right? will it hold boost?

I am going to use arp head bolts. Will arp bolts for the sr20de work on the det?

Also, anyone know where i can get the piston oil squirters? one of mines broke off, and i think that might be a problem.

Also, if anyone has a next to perfect condition rwd s13 sr20det shortblock or longblock thats legit and want to sell it, please let me know asap.

---You can use the throttle plate, most of the gaskets (check part compatability sticky on sr page), connecting rods. There are alot of other compatable parts from the z32's. Don't limit yourself to just the DE.

The main/rod bearings are the same as the us spec B13 2.0L (91-94 sentra SE-R). I use them in my motor. The piston rings, I ordered DET rings from http://www.courtesyparts.com (no need to order from Japan when they are here). As for the squirter, you'd just have to check around for someone with a junked motor or sr parts store.

Also on a side note, is your compression low due to impropper cam timing, blown head gasket, or compression check procedure? Compression check should be done with the throttle wide open and engine turned on average of 300rpm (jump the starter to do that if not in car).
