Well it seems like forever since i been working on my car , but really i only go to the garage once in a while since work among other stuff i've had to take care of , wont allow me to spend much time ......... I have finally manage to finish the swap :
The motor is basically stock internally only things i have upgraded is intercooler, radiator, turbo elbow and maneful, downpipe, fuel filter and rocker arm stopers but other than that car is running stock i been trying to start the car a couple times however is been a pita since 2 of the p.s. high pressure lines were ripped now i got that fixed and car is fully functioning except that the idle is just not good enough to take it out for a ride .....
Now i feel irritated since it seems i cant figure it out ........... (i have done the full swap by myself .... note; this is the first swap i have acctually done completely by myself .... done swaps on hondas but come on those are like legos..
Back to the story i had in mind to upgrade to the z32 maf and get the safc 2 to piggy back the ecu so i got those and tried them on but for some reason it never got to a nice idle the car bogged down and sometimes it died on the few times i try.
Now i been over the z32 maf and safc2 . Anxious to drive the car and get it running to drive and get my car ou of the garage i decided to run my stock maf from my ka-e and forget about the z32 for now till i get it running and i get a real tunning computer .... well now comes the sad part i thought it will be the stock maf that will let me drive the car right!!!!! well not thats my problem
Either that or the stock maf from my ka-e is what the problem is and i need a sr maf wich i think they are the same unless am wrong and they have the little difference that is not allowing my engine to run correctly .......
anyways here is a video of the start with the ka-e maf ....... wondering if any of you experienced niconauts can help and if its bad news then i know what to do ...............
