:frown:
Well it seems like forever since i been working on my car , but really i only go to the garage once in a while since work among other stuff i've had to take care of , wont allow me to spend much time ......... I have finally manage to finish the swap :
The motor is basically stock internally only things i have upgraded is intercooler, radiator, turbo elbow and maneful, downpipe, fuel filter and rocker arm stopers but other than that car is running stock i been trying to start the car a couple times however is been a pita since 2 of the p.s. high pressure lines were ripped now i got that fixed and car is fully functioning except that the idle is just not good enough to take it out for a ride .....

Now i feel irritated since it seems i cant figure it out ........... (i have done the full swap by myself .... note; this is the first swap i have acctually done completely by myself .... done swaps on hondas but come on those are like legos.. :chuckle: )........... anyways.

Back to the story i had in mind to upgrade to the z32 maf and get the safc 2 to piggy back the ecu so i got those and tried them on but for some reason it never got to a nice idle the car bogged down and sometimes it died on the few times i try.
Now i been over the z32 maf and safc2 . Anxious to drive the car and get it running to drive and get my car ou of the garage i decided to run my stock maf from my ka-e and forget about the z32 for now till i get it running and i get a real tunning computer .... well now comes the sad part i thought it will be the stock maf that will let me drive the car right!!!!! well not thats my problem :wtf2: still wont get a nice idle i am starting to think i have a rod knock  ..... dammit

Either that or the stock maf from my ka-e is what the problem is and i need a sr maf wich i think they are the same unless am wrong and they have the little difference that is not allowing my engine to run correctly ....... hoping is that ..............

anyways here is a video of the start with the ka-e maf ....... wondering if any of you experienced niconauts can help and if its bad news then i know what to do ...............

I think you need to bleed the lifters ASAP

KA-E MAF is fine for stock boost. I wouldn't turn it up at all with it, though.

oh well it seems it just seems like its a never ending story with the sr.................... ..... .......but anyways i guess is what a project is equivalent to. .. :yesnod .
This morning i got a chance to get to the garage and work on it a bit . i bled the lifters today ; pretty straight foward and interesting.
After bleeding them and puting everything back together i decided to check the spark plugs just a thought well i looked inside and found out they are black like burn gas but i was like oh well we will geve it a try right ... well not a smart idea    ....... crank the car after everything is back on and no ignition go back around and check everything is pluged and in place well it seems nothing is out of the ordinary.
So i decide to pull the plugs out and get them check . To my surprise they are wet now ... great i am getting no spark and the engine is not burning the gas , dammit . Now another problem , fuel injection or not enough power. Also could be the gapping on the spark plug i know sr gap is .28

Either my fpr is not getting enough vacum power to regulate or im low on battery power . Anyone experienced any of this? it would be very helpful ............

tomorrow im going to try to jump the battery and see if that fixes the problem.. also wanted to know how do you sr people run the vacumm hose for the fpr ?

this is how i ran mine correct me if am wrong ..

Give your FPR it's own place on the throttle body.

Sounds like it could be a bad CAS with a s*** idle/no spark. But how was it idling if you had no spark? Or did this just come about today?

Make sure to set and reset the timing. Can't stress that enough as far as idle goes.
