HELP!!! SR Head Torque Specs and Valve Clearances

:help :help Ok I'm rippin apart my head starting today (S13 Red-top SR20DET 5-spd) and we need all the head torque specs (inside it too...cause we're doin cams,springs,etc.) and the valve + valve shim clearances.....If anyone knows a website with charts for the torque specs and valve clearance please post it asap.....or if anyone knows of an online Field Service manual for it in English that would be great too....Thanx in advance!:help :help

go to the tech section of http://www.zeroyon.com they have an S14 FSM that has all the specs you need. the specs SHOULD be the same, but if they aren't, someone correct me.

I think Phase2 has a little FAQ about the torque specs for the head......
