help! speedo shakes

has this happen to anyone else. under 40 mph the speedo shakes up and down, up and down with about 2-3 mph difference, and after 40 mph its good, i checked the cable connection and everything, what do you think is wrong?

eh...my 3000gt does this as well, something with some gears, I can't remember for the life of me. Doesn't bother me too much since I don't look at the speedo until around 70.

gears in the gauge cluster or the gears in the transmission?
