HELP - Soldiers Van and loaded U-Haul stolen

My good friend (2LT Ruelas) and his family had their van and loaded U-Haul trailer stolen last night, with all their belongings - they were being PCSed to Campbell, and were going to be moving this weekend.

Thanks guys. This is the second time their vehicle got messed with - first time they only took their DVD deck. Renters insurance is saying they won't cover the belongings because the parking lot doesn't count as being part of the property.
