Hey. I just got everything completely finished and installed. I bought the stage I turbo kit from heavy throttle. But it won't start. I don't know what is wrong. I disconnected the cam angle sensor so i could feed oil to the new turbo first and it turned over twice and then quit. Then if i wait long enough i can turn it over again a couple times and then it just like hits a wall. eggh....Everything is buttoned up and connected right.. i hope. maybe i just need more cranking amps. i don't know.. turns over really fast twice. then that is usually when it starts but it just goes ehhhggg. hits a wall.

by the way.. the cam angle sensor is on the front part of the valve cover right? any help would be greatly appreciated.. thanks

Did you remove the connector on the CAS, or remove the whole CAS? If you removed the entire unit then put it back in thinking everything would be fine, you probably REALLY messed up your ignition timing bad. But it is also an easy fix.

Did you disconnect any other sensors? Like the TPS?

SR won't run if the TPS or CAS is unplugged.

The SR will run with the TPS unplugged. Mine has been running with it out for a year and a half, no bogging, no bad gas mileage, etc...

the cas is located on the valve cover, right by the the fan? I unplugged that and tried to turn it over for a while.. but it would only turn over twice. then stall out.. maybe i have a bad battery or maybe it is my starter. I even tried to jump it but it wouldn't even turn over then. hmmmm

NO.

The top left goes to FPR and boost gauge. Top right goes to BOV.

Ok.. i've got the top left going directly to the blitz bov. the bottom left is going to the canister. the top left is t'd to a hose going to the fpr.. where is the boost gauge then.. was that on my stock intercooler?

You can T either for the boost gauge, id use the FPR. Does it start and die or just crank? If it starts and dies you could also have a boost leak off the new BOV. If you dont have a recirc or an electric compensation device, your car will run like crap now, just a warning.

This is the CAS. Did you disconnect it? or the TPS which is located on the throttle body?

Check your injectors could have leaky ones, the same sort of thing happend to my KA when I turboed it, started to crank over then hit like a wall, ended up beaing bad o rings on the injectors they would flood the cylinder and it could not compress all that gas and after sitting for a few minutes it woudl crank over again and then stop, could be it not sure, good luck...

yes.. that is exactly what it is dofbft... i have a leaky o ring that i didn't catch for a while.. tried to figure things out by turning the key on and cranking it. When the key is on the pump is running. It has filled my motor completely up with gas.. what to do now huh.. i dropped the oil and about 1.5-2.0 gallons of gas and oil came out.. not to mention my intake manifold and runners are full up to the tb. my fmic is 1/4 full of gas too.. .. what do i do about the motor?

hmm not sure, on my old motor I just let it sit and let the gas evaporate and fixed the leaky injetors and then just let it turn over till it caught and it burnt all the gas out...but that may not be the safest way I may have just gotten lucky
