2002 infiniti I35, while hauling a pvc pipe home, I ran it through the drop-down back seat and rested on the pass side dash. When I got home, the pipe had scuffed thru the covering on the pass side airbag door. Couple little scuffs thru the covering about half the size of a dime. I know this was a dumb thing to do, but I never thought that the door covering was paper thin! Any suggestions, other than replacing the door?

vinyl repair kit? but probably won't look very nice.

It's not directly over the airbag release area is it?

If not, then you can put some tweeters or audio stuff there , or gauges . One way to cover it up.
