HELP! S13 MAF on S14... will it work?

I'm at the tail end of my swap and have hit a bump. I need to know if anyone has ever used a S13 MAF on an S14? The pins are a bit different, but I think I could wire it up if I knew it would work. I just don't want to come this far, get impatient and do something fatal to the car.

If anyone has done this before or heard of it being done (and working) please let me know.

I thought I was going to be done and driving my car today, but it's always something! Very anxious... this project has been in progress since January, so you can imagine how crazy this is making me! Any help would be very appreciated.
