HELP: S13 horn problem

HELP:

I put back stock S13 steering wheel today. When I push horn botton,10a fuse is gone. I tried it again but same things happne.

What is the problem and how can I fix it??I need your advice.

Find the horn trace down the wires see where they are touching the body its most likely just a simple short.
