maybe burned out motors? The tips of the arms that rotate to lift the lights up and down are plastic. Perhaps they broke? One of mine is broke and every now and then it slips off of the motor.

Check these...other than that i dont really know much more sorry.

nope, they work. for the mean-time i rotated the knobs to hold the head lights up. but when i turn off the head lights (without the head-light hold button on) the lamps close. so i know the motors work... right? in other words, they go down, just not up.

check relays yet? I believe they are on the passenger side of the engine bay towards the front.

as far as i know, the relays are ok.... wait... how do i check my relays? i know where they are located, but are they like fuses where you just see if everything's in tact?

Search. Chris and myself just went over the whole operation of pop up lights a month ago. Very detailed info.
