HELP!! s13 drivers side door wont open

So today I locked my keys in my car. We tried using a slim jim which soon failed.We got the idea to use a hanger on put through window and pull the door lock to open.

We got the door open and i hopped in and drove away. I got home got out and everything was fine when i went to get back in and leave again.

Then i drove to work and when i got to work i try to get out of my car door and it wont open. The handle goes to pull open but it's very stiff and wont open.

From the outside the handle just moves like it's locked. I can't get in or out of my car door.

What can i do? I thought about taking off the door panel to inspect the insides but the door has to be open in order to do that.

you probably bent one of the rods or disconnected it from the clip so it's stuck in the lock position, if anything try to roll the window down and see if you can see anything. PeeP!
