Good morning,
Tried getting my car inspected, and it won't pass because at some point in time my dog had chewed through the left rear seatbelt, and it's now ripped about half way through. I see there's a couple places online that sell them, althought I haven't had much luck finding a gray one.
I figure that can't be that hard to replace, but I took a look at it one night and really wasn't sure how to get the panels off that cover the top part of the belt. I figured there was a good chance they just pop off, but I'm not the kind of person who likes to just pull at things until they come off and hope it was right.
Can anyone shed some light on this? Should I just pull the panel, or is there a hidden screw somewhere??
If anyone knows any good places to get a gray belt as well that'd be awesome. At some point I'll just go to the dealership and give them them money for an oem belt, or see if i can find a junkyard somewhere with one, but at this point I'm just trying to get it inspected before it runs out at the end of the month so I'll probably just buy a different colored one online.
Oh, it's a 2007 if that makes a difference.
Thanks!
