Help Removing the Center Steering wheel horn pad

i have the stock s13 steering wheel and There seems to be a small plastic object flying around everytime i turn the wheel and its really annoying me. I didnt want to just jump in and tug on that horn so if anyone has experience taking apart the steering wheel please let me know.

It just pulls off.

There's a small screw in the back. You have to remove it first then you can pull it off. It's right here in the back.



If you just pull it, you will break plastic inside. Sounds like one of those 4 metal clips fell off somehow.

Thanks you guys for all the information, this makes restoring my car so much easier knowing that there are people who can answer my questions. now to put it back on u just snap it back in place while honking the horn the whole time??

All you need is a couple of good hits. It'll just snap back on easily.
