does anyone know how to remove the stock shifter in an 07 sentra cvt.

Take apart the center and it's connected in there somewhere.

Try the FSM, it'll have full instructions.

Pull, its held on with a plastic clip on the front side of the shifter, Bad thing however is most aftermarket shifters wont work with it since its a Rectanguler stalk, not round.

Pull the trim underneath the knob down, remove the horseshoe clip (similar to a crank window clip) and pull the knob up.

It will be hard to find one, the way the shifter is set up, you need one that has a detent for the button AND the overdrive.
