Help removin the TCS relay

I have a 1995 Q45 everything worked great until recently, the "TCS off" and "slip" lights started to come on...

I checked the blink code and its an 18 (abnormal oil pressure) and I've read lots of threads that said to replace the TCS relays under the battery tray... great sounds simple. until I tried to do it.

here is the location of the TCS relays on my car:

You can barely see them since there is so much crap in the way... as you can see they're under the battery tray, but there is an AC hardline directly in front of them and then some kind of filter taking up all the space between the cooling fans and the AC line.

I can't figure how to move that filter piece out of the way and I can't see how it would be possible to get the relays out without moving it. Any help would be appreciated.

The item in question is the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) filter. There is a bolt on the side that can be loosened to release the filter so it can be lowered out of the carrier.
