How do you retract the drum/parking brake on the rears for a 92 Q? Can't get it off...stuck in middle of job...

There is a rubber plug in the face of the rotor. Remove the plug and turn the wheel such that the hole points downward. There should be a small gear-like clicky wheelie dealie beyond the hole. I forget which way it turns, but it should be obvious...if the tire becomes harder/impossible to spin, start clicking the ring the other way. Use a screwdriver to turn it one click at a time.

I'm guessing, though, that if the tire is spinning, you're not really having a problem with the parking brake. The rotor's just being difficult. You need to get 2 screws and thread them into the 2 smaller holes in the rotor, pushing it off the hub. They're either 8mm or 10mm diameter, I can't recall what pitch.
