Help RB25NEO swap into C33 Medalist transmission wiring

Hi everyone. I'm new here but i'm having some problems.recently i have swapped a rb25neo from a c35 laurel club-s with tiptronic transmission into a c33 medalist (originally had a rb20e with transmission). The tiptronic is running in high gear only. I have the tiptronic shifter plus original normal shifter.My question is;Is there a separate "brain" to control the transmission or does it use the same ecu as the engine?If so can anyone direct me as to where could i locate a wiring diagram for the transmission?Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Auto has a separate computer the work with the engine computer...
